"Hey Lisa: Great to get your e-mail. The unit is renting out without doing any upgrades. When they start work on the North side balconies, I'll do the upgrades. Last Wednesday, Maureen, Marcy (title agents)and I, had dinner at the Stonewood on the gift certificates you gave me.
